At Rue Madame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Parisian-inspired wardrobe. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Rue Madame account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, or schedule a collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
